JESSEd home® makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site; however, we do sell out of certain products on occasion.  If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.  Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation e-mail.



JESSEd home® does not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses.

JESSEd home® will use Fed Ex or UPS to ship to the 48 continental states.

For Hawaii and Alaska, these are considered domestic shipments and will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS.  Please note some shipping speeds may not be available for these territories.  In this case, we will ship your order via the least expensive shipping speed.  Additionally, shipments to these territories will require additional shipping charges and will be charged to your credit card once your order ships.

For all orders being shipped to the 48 continental states, you will be given a choice between Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Ground.

All the items we ship are inspected before they leave our warehouse.  In the unlikely event your order was processed incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly remedy the situation by shipping you the correct item or replacement.  If you find an error in your shipment, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.  Please provide your order number and details of your shipment issue.



JESSEd home® gladly accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.



All orders are processed within 24-72 hours.  Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification.  Orders placed after 2pm E.S.T. will be processed the following business day.

No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by e-mail and/or phone.

Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time.  We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it; choosing NEXT DAY does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted.  In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped which will contain the tracking number(s) for your order.


Sales Tax

JESSEd home® will charge sales tax of 8.875% for orders that are shipped to New York State only.  Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.


Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your JESSEd home® purchase.  However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to receive an official return authorization number.  Upon receipt, please write the RA# assigned to you and your reason for return on the copy of your receipt (order confirmation or invoice) and include it in the return shipment.  The RA# will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

We suggest using a traceable method of shipping such as UPS or Fed Ex.  We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipment of a return.

JESSEd home® will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund.  After that, JESSEd home® will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods for exchanges or credits only.

If anything arrived damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a return for even exchange.

Please note:

Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

JESSEd home® cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used.

Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Returns will be accepted on products purchased from only.

Gift cards are not returnable.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All refunds are credited back to the original payment method.  No cash refunds.
